QC Legal is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for experienced Transactional Projects & Construction Lawyers with 4-12 years PQE. We are working with a leading firm seeking to expand their Transactional Projects & Construction Team across their Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham offices. This is your chance to work on high-profile projects and join a growing, dynamic team.

We are recruiting for multiple new roles and are looking for lawyers with strong construction experience across all regions of the UK.

ROLE

• Be at the forefront of national and international construction and infrastructure projects, working on some of the most significant developments in the industry.
• Act for a wide array of clients including funders, project companies, contractors, consultants, insurers and employers.
• Build and nurture strong working relationships as part of a global team driving innovation and excellence in the construction sector.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ideally experienced in infrastructure, energy and real estate-related transactional (non-contentious) construction work.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate effectively with a range of clients.
• Skilled in client relationship management, ensuring seamless communication and exceeding client expectations.
• Commercially astute with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.
