POSITION: Senior Planning Associate (3+ PQE)

QC Legal have multiple Associate vacancies with a top tier multinational law firm. We are currently looking to recruit consenting lawyers to join our client’s market leading Planning & Environment team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE experience with a focus on all or any of the Electricity Act 1989, the Town and Country Planning Acts, Planning Act 2008, the Transport and Works Acts, harbour orders, compulsory acquisition/purchase and compensation matters, EIA/HRA, inquiries/examinations and judicial review.

ROLE

  • You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team in Scotland to work on a broad range of major projects across the Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors.
  • Acting for a range of market leading and high-profile clients on large and nationally significant projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years PQE.
  • Scottish qualified.
  • Experience in property work on energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Must be technically excellent.
  • A team player with a strong client focused approach.
  • Must have a keen interest in business development.
