ROLE

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases and large-scale development projects.
• Draft, negotiate and review legal agreements with accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
• Conduct in-depth due diligence and prepare comprehensive reports for clients, ensuring all risks are identified and managed.
• Work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient transaction execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments, delivering informed, strategic advice to clients.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.
• Contribute to business development including client presentations and networking to expand the firm’s reach.

REQUIREMENTS

• A qualified solicitor with 2+ years of experience in real estate law.
• In-depth knowledge of property law and the real estate sector.
• Strong skills in negotiation, drafting and client communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A client-focused, proactive approach to addressing legal challenges.
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to work collaboratively and independently.
