ROLE

• Advise clients on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and development projects.
• Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents and agreements with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare comprehensive reports for clients.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure successful transaction execution.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, legal updates, and best practices to provide informed counsel.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Participate in business development efforts, including client presentations and networking opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years of experience in real estate law.
• Strong understanding of property law and real estate practices.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A client-focused, proactive approach to legal challenges.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
