We are working with a highly regarded and accredited law firm looking to expand their team with a Corporate Lawyer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to provide expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will provide clients with expert legal advice in areas such as company formation, restructures, mergers and acquisitions, and more.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for career advancement, with the potential to progress into a Directorship or even a Partner position!

ROLE

• Advising clients on company formation, restructuring, distribution agreements, and disposals.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and shareholder/investor agreements.
• Handling mergers/acquisitions, joint ventures, and management buy-outs.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations.
• Providing expert advice on partnership agreements, franchises, and intellectual property.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified Corporate Lawyer with 6+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Strong client-focused approach and business acumen.
