ROLE

• Engage in a wide variety of real estate transactions including investments, acquisitions and sales.
• Provide expert advice across both traditional and emerging asset classes like student housing, hotels, data centres and the private rental sector (PRS).
• Lead on multi-million-pound deals, representing some of the most significant investors in the UK.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team, gaining exposure to complex, large-scale projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• England & Wales qualified lawyer.
• 3-12 years PQE.
• Trained in a recognised real estate department at a reputable law firm.
• Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for the commercial property sector.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ambition to succeed, with a proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
• Commercially minded with a focus on innovation and business acumen.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
