ROLE
- This role focuses on debt restructuring and special situations.
- You will work on finance agreements, security and intercreditor arrangements in distressed or special situations.
- The team handles a wide range of restructuring and special situations across sectors including financial services, real estate, retail and education.
- The role involves building strong client relationships and working closely with international teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-7 years PQE, ideally with experience in a city or leading national firm.
- Specialises in finance or restructuring with experience in distressed debt or special situations.
- Technically strong in finance agreements, security and intercreditor arrangements.
- Commercially aware, enthusiastic about business development and a team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Has a strong academic background.
