ROLE
- Lead and oversee the drafting, negotiation and execution of high-value commercial contracts, with a particular emphasis on technology and IT-related agreements including outsourcing, software licensing and SaaS contracts.
- Provide strategic legal advice on complex commercial transactions, particularly in the tech, digital and innovation sectors, ensuring clients stay ahead in fast-evolving industries.
- Collaborate with in-house legal teams and senior management from major global brands, advising on IT transformations, outsourcing arrangements and data protection compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients in sectors like retail, financial services and technology, delivering pragmatic, business-oriented solutions that align with their goals.
- Stay ahead of trends in technology law including AI, fintech and data privacy, ensuring clients receive innovative and future-proof legal support.
REQUIREMENTS
- A senior lawyer with significant experience in managing commercial contracts, procurement and technology transactions.
- Exceptional client relationship and leadership skills, capable of handling high-profile clients across multiple sectors.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large, multi-jurisdictional commercial projects.
- Strong leadership qualities, with a passion for mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
