ROLE 

As an Associate / Tax Accountant within the Private Client team, you will: 

• Provide expert tax advice to high-net-worth individuals, families and businesses. 
• Assist clients with inheritance tax planning and succession strategies. 
• Structure assets to support wealth preservation and efficient capital tax planning. 
• Advise trustees and beneficiaries on income and capital tax liabilities. 
• Promote tax expertise both within the team and externally. 
• Offer bespoke solutions to a variety of private client tax challenges. 

REQUIREMENTS 

The successful candidate will: 

• Be a qualified solicitor or accountant with proven experience in tax advisory within a law firm, accountancy practice or HMRC. 
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 
• Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
• Be enthusiastic about developing and promoting private client services. 
• (Desirable) Hold STEP membership or Chartered Institute of Taxation accreditation.
