Now, they are seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to join their growing team in Leeds and play a pivotal role in shaping their employment law practice. 

ROLE 

As a Senior Employment Lawyer, you will: 

• Advise on a broad spectrum of employment matters including advisory work, compliance and regulatory issues. 
• Represent clients in complex employment litigation including tribunal and High Court cases. 
• Assist clients with strategic workforce planning and organisational restructuring. 
• Provide tailored, commercially focused solutions to high-profile clients across diverse sectors. 
• Contribute to business development and help expand the firm’s client base. 

REQUIREMENTS 

The ideal candidate will have: 

• A minimum of 6 years PQE in employment law. 
• A strong track record of handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. 
• A collaborative approach to working within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. 
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, commercially focused legal advice.
