ROLE 

As an Associate in the Employment team, you will: 

• Advise and represent a diverse range of clients, from multinational corporations to innovative start-ups, on complex employment law matters. 
• Handle contentious and non-contentious employment issues including tribunal claims, redundancy processes, TUPE transfers and more. 
• Provide strategic and commercially focused advice on workplace policies, contracts and compliance. 
• Collaborate with a team of industry-leading lawyers on high-profile cases. 
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to the development of the firm’s employment practice. 

REQUIREMENTS 

To excel in this role, you will need: 

• NQ to 2 years of PQE in Employment law, ideally gained at a reputable firm. 
• A strong understanding of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. 
• Excellent client management and communication skills. 
• A proactive approach, with the ability to manage a diverse and busy caseload effectively. 
• A genuine passion for employment law and a drive to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
