ROLE
As an Associate in the Infrastructure & Energy team, you will:
- Advise on a wide range of cutting-edge infrastructure and energy projects, from renewables to public-private partnerships.
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts including project agreements, procurement and financing arrangements.
- Work with clients across various sectors including energy, transport, real estate and public services.
- Provide strategic advice on regulatory frameworks, compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on high-value and cross-border projects.
REQUIREMENTS
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in Infrastructure, Energy or Projects law, ideally with 1+ years of PQE.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements within the infrastructure or energy sectors.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
- A passion for tackling complex legal challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
