ROLE 

As an Associate in the Corporate team, you will: 

• Advise on complex and high-value corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures. 
• Work closely with a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, private equity houses and fast-growing enterprises. 
• Draft and negotiate key transactional documents with precision and commercial awareness. 
• Play a pivotal role in business development, nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities. 
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development. 

REQUIREMENTS 

To stand out in this role, you will need: 

• A minimum of 5 years of PQE in Corporate law, gained at a top-tier or highly regarded firm. 
• A strong track record of managing complex corporate transactions. 
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation and analytical skills. 
• A client-focused and commercially astute approach to problem-solving. 
• The ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced team.
