ROLE 

• Lead on complex and high-value private equity transactions including M&A, leveraged buyouts and portfolio management. 
• Advise clients ranging from private equity firms to portfolio companies and institutional investors. 
• Draft, review and negotiate key transactional documents, ensuring precision and commercial awareness. 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. 
• Play a significant role in business development including networking and thought leadership initiatives. 
• Mentor and guide junior lawyers, contributing to the growth of a high-performing team. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• A minimum of 5 years of PQE in Corporate law with significant exposure to private equity transactions, gained at a leading firm. 
• Proven expertise in managing complex and high-value deals. 
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation and analytical skills. 
• A commercial mindset with the ability to deliver innovative solutions. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
