ROLE
As an Associate in the Banking and Finance team, you will:
- Advise clients on a broad range of financing transactions including acquisition finance, syndicated lending, real estate finance and asset-based lending.
- Draft, review and negotiate key financing documents, ensuring attention to detail and commercial relevance.
- Collaborate closely with a team of specialists to deliver seamless legal advice across multiple jurisdictions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing practical and innovative solutions to complex legal issues.
- Contribute to the team’s business development efforts and participate in client-facing activities.
REQUIREMENTS
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- 2–4 years of PQE in Banking and Finance law, ideally gained at a leading law firm.
- Experience in a variety of financing transactions, with strong technical expertise.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
