ROLE
As an Associate in the Property Energy team, you will:
- Advise clients on property and energy projects including acquisitions, leases and large-scale infrastructure developments.
- Draft, review and negotiate key transactional documents with a focus on commercial and renewable energy projects.
- Provide strategic advice on regulatory, environmental and planning aspects of energy-related property matters.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on complex legal matters.
REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in property law, ideally with exposure to energy and infrastructure projects.
- 4-6 years of PQE, gained at a top-tier or highly regarded firm.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive approach and a commercial mindset, with the ability to manage complex transactions.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities effectively.
