We are looking for a driven Banking and Finance Lawyer to become part of a renowned legal team based in Glasgow or Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for junior lawyers with 2-6 years of post-qualification experience to take their careers to the next level by working on high-profile transactions within a top-tier Finance team. The position offers diverse experience across key areas such as leveraged finance, real estate finance and corporate banking, as well as niche areas like fund financing and loan portfolio transactions.

ROLE
- Work on high-profile banking and finance transactions including leveraged and real estate finance and corporate banking.
- Advise key clients on specialist finance areas including fund financing, central bank advisory and loan portfolio transactions.
- Collaborate on projects involving structural reform, debt financing and refinancing deals.
- Be involved in transactions with leading financial institutions and multinational clients.
- Contribute to a broad range of complex legal matters and gain early responsibility in client-facing roles.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have 2-6 years of PQE, ideally with experience in a large commercial firm.
- Possess experience in banking, corporate, real estate or projects law.
- Demonstrate strong academic credentials and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Show commercial awareness and a client-centric approach.
- Be a team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Be organised with solid project management abilities.
