ROLE 

As an Associate in the Banking and Finance team, you will: 

• Advise a diverse range of clients including financial institutions, corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors, on complex financing transactions. 
• Work on high-value transactions across areas such as acquisition finance, syndicated lending, real estate finance and asset-based lending. 
• Draft, review and negotiate key finance documents with precision and commercial awareness. 
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide seamless and comprehensive client service. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on banking and finance matters. 

REQUIREMENTS 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

• Newly qualified to 3 years of PQE in Banking and Finance law, ideally gained at a reputable firm. 
• Exposure to a variety of financing transactions, with strong technical expertise. 
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills. 
• A proactive and client-focused approach, with a commercial mindset. 
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing competing priorities.
