Be a part of something big! Join an award-winning international law firm. Our client is seeking a Partner to lead their thriving commercial team based in Leeds. This role represents a unique opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyer to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional client service.
ROLE
- You will be involved in advising a broad range of health and care clients including Integrated Care Boards, NHS trusts and foundation trusts, national NHS bodies, local authorities and independent providers, on a broad range of complex commercial, contractual and governance issues.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation among team members.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for commercial matters.
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers within the commercial practice group.
REQUIREMENTS
- England & Wales qualified lawyer.
- 9+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Have extensive knowledge and experience of handling commercial/contractual queries, ideally in life sciences.
- Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Business development acumen with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
