ROLE
- As the Commercial Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of advising a diverse range of health and care sector clients including Integrated Care Boards, NHS Trusts and Foundation Trusts, national NHS bodies, local authorities and independent providers.
- You will tackle complex commercial, contractual and governance issues, leading a team of talented lawyers.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation within the team.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, maintaining and cultivating strong relationships as their go-to expert on commercial matters.
- Shape the future of the firm by mentoring and developing junior lawyers within the commercial practice, ensuring a legacy of excellence.
- Play a key role in the firm’s growth, driving business development and identifying new opportunities for expansion.
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with 9+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Extensive expertise in commercial and contractual law, ideally within the life sciences sector.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of inspiring and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional business development skills and a proactive approach to winning new business.
