Are you a talented and ambitious Construction Dispute Resolution Lawyer seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are currently looking for highly skilled individuals to join a dynamic Construction, Advisory and Disputes team in our client’s Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.
Our client is a global 100 law firm who has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice rooted in a deep understanding of the sectors and geographies in which they operate.
ROLE

- You will engage in high quality engineering and construction work including live project advisory work and formal disputes involving adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation and other forms of ADR.
- You will have the responsibility and opportunities to develop rewarding and sustainable client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
- Scotland qualified lawyer.
- 7+ years PQE.
- Have deep experience in construction and engineering disputes, and advisory work.
- Must be commercially aware and have strong technical knowledge.
- Be a team player with a strong client focussed approach and excellent communication and organisational skills.
