POSITION: Conveyancer/Residential Paralegal

ROLE 

As a Conveyancer or Paralegal, you will: 

• Handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. 
• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents. 
• Conduct title investigations, searches and due diligence to ensure smooth transactions. 
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders to progress cases effectively. 
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. 
• Provide exceptional client service, building trust and long-lasting relationships. 

REQUIREMENTS 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

• Demonstrable experience in conveyancing or as a property-focused paralegal. 
• A comprehensive understanding of residential property law and processes. 
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple deadlines. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a variety of stakeholders. 
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
• Proficiency with case management systems and relevant IT tools.
