QC Legal have an incredible opportunity for Senior Associates looking to take their career to the next level! Our client seeks highly skilled and motivated Corporate M&A Lawyers to join their highly desirable team.

ROLE

• The role is based in our client’s Manchester office.
• You will represent clients in corporate transactions and negotiations.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload including managing complex M&A transactions, alongside carrying out due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of transaction documents.
• Be proficient in handling private equity transactions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support transaction strategies.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external experts to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Stay current with developments in corporate law and advise clients on potential impacts.

REQUIREMENTS

• English qualified lawyer.
• You will have 7+ years of experience in Corporate matters.
• Have strong academics and exposure to a broad range of corporate transactional work.
• You will have demonstrated experience in M&A, private equity, joint ventures, group reorganisations and general corporate governance matters.
