Employment Lawyer, 2-3 yrs PQE, Leeds

We are working with an international, award-winning law firm who have more Tier 1 rankings than any other UK law firm. Included in this is the firm’s Employment practice in Leeds, who are consistently ranked top-tier by Legal 500, and regularly act for a number of leading FTSE blue chip organisations, both in the UK and internationally. The firm are currently looking to recruit a self motivated and talented Employment Lawyer to join this practice in the Employment and Rewards Group.
The ideal candidate will have between 2-3 years PQE, gained at a City or large regional firm, with good technical and market knowledge. You will have experience in delivering strategic employment law advice on both cross-border and senior executive/board room issues, and comfortable be with both contentious and non-contentious work. The role will encompass areas of litigation, including Employment Tribunal and High Court, and investigations supporting other departments in the firm, such as the White Collar Crime team. As such, you will need to be a team player, and flexible in your approach with an outgoing personality. Good academics are also a must.
