ROLE
- Take the lead in a senior fee earner role within the Energy & Infrastructure Property team.
- Oversee property aspects of energy and major infrastructure projects including renewable energy projects such as offshore wind, solar, hydrogen and carbon capture.
- Manage complex transactions, advise clients and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead client review meetings, contribute to the development of new services and assist in internal firm activities such as promotion and recruitment.
- Work on high-profile projects like offshore wind farms, flood defence schemes, and major transport projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior lawyers while managing a dynamic, growing team.
REQUIREMENTS
- England & Wales qualified with 10+ years PQE.
- Proven experience in property law related to energy and/or major infrastructure projects.
- Strong background in advising high-profile clients in sectors like energy, infrastructure and renewable energy.
- Excellent leadership and business development skills.
- A proactive, commercially aware approach with a focus on client relationships.
- Strong technical expertise and a dynamic, team-oriented mindset.
