If you have a proven track record in strategic and regulatory advice on environmental matters, natural capital and sustainability, coupled with contractual drafting and negotiation expertise, we want to hear from you.

ROLE

• Work on a broad range of environmental and regulatory matters across the UK, covering both contentious and non-contentious cases.
• Join a national team of top-ranked senior specialists, collaborating on high-profile projects.
• Provide strategic environmental advice to clients, focusing on climate, sustainability and natural capital.
• Utilise your contractual drafting and negotiation skills to deliver expert legal counsel in the environment sector.
• Support contentious environmental work and litigation where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• England & Wales or Scottish qualified with a minimum of 7+ years PQE.
• Extensive experience in providing strategic environmental advice, with strong skills in contractual drafting and negotiation.
• Exposure to environmental litigation or contentious environmental work.
• A commercially minded individual with in-depth technical knowledge and a proactive approach to business development.
• Passionate about making a difference in climate, sustainability and the future of the environment.
