ROLE

• Provide legal support on student accommodation projects, alongside district heating initiatives and university net-zero programs.
• Collaborate with the wider Scottish team on PPP and general infrastructure projects that are shaping the future of infrastructure across the UK and Ireland.
• Benefit from the opportunity to travel to university campuses around the UK and work closely with a variety of clients on groundbreaking projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified as a lawyer in England & Wales with 2-7 years PQE.
• Strong experience in long-term infrastructure partnership projects.
• Commercially astute with a solid foundation of technical legal knowledge.
• Skilled in managing a varied caseload, working with a broad spectrum of clients and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organised, with excellent project management skills to drive results.
