ROLE
As a Legal Director/Partner, you will:
- Lead and expand the commercial Travel and Leisure division of the PI, Travel & Regulatory team.
- Advise clients on key matters including travel law, regulatory compliance and commercial agreements.
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements and contracts.
- Provide pragmatic solutions to consumer protection and website compliance issues.
- Handle litigious claims and offer strategic legal counsel.
- Actively engage in business development to grow the practice and client portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with a highly skilled team to deliver exceptional service.
REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for a dynamic individual who:
- Is a qualified Solicitor or equivalent.
- Has significant experience in travel law, either in-house or private practice.
- Possesses strong drafting, negotiating and transactional skills.
- Is adept at developing and nurturing client relationships.
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for business development.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with hotel contracts, supplier agreements or airline claims is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulations like the Package Travel Regulations or conventions such as Montreal and Athens is beneficial.
