ROLE 

As a Legal Director/Partner, you will: 

• Lead and expand the commercial Travel and Leisure division of the PI, Travel & Regulatory team. 
• Advise clients on key matters including travel law, regulatory compliance and commercial agreements. 
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements and contracts. 
• Provide pragmatic solutions to consumer protection and website compliance issues. 
• Handle litigious claims and offer strategic legal counsel. 
• Actively engage in business development to grow the practice and client portfolio. 
• Collaborate closely with a highly skilled team to deliver exceptional service. 

REQUIREMENTS 

We’re looking for a dynamic individual who: 

• Is a qualified Solicitor or equivalent. 
• Has significant experience in travel law, either in-house or private practice. 
• Possesses strong drafting, negotiating and transactional skills. 
• Is adept at developing and nurturing client relationships. 
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for business development. 
• Demonstrates exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. 
• Experience with hotel contracts, supplier agreements or airline claims is a plus. 
• Knowledge of regulations like the Package Travel Regulations or conventions such as Montreal and Athens is beneficial.
