Our client, an international market-leading law firm, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and technically excellent Employment Lawyer into their wider Employment and Rewards team at their headquarters in London, UK.

The firm’s Employment and Rewards team is recognised as one of the best and most experienced in the country, and carry many of the leading FTSE blue chip organisations as clients. The team work both nationally and internationally, and work closely with dedicated Employment lawyers  in offices across Europe, the Gulf and Asia Pacific on matters such as cross border information and consultation, benefit redesign exercises and global mobility.

The team also regularly advise on executive level employment law, such as senior level recruitment and termination, executive compensation arrangements, bonus claims and enforcement of restrictive covenants.

The firm are flexible on Post Qualification Experience, but have stated their ideal Employment Lawyer candidate would have between 3-6 years PQE, gained at a City or large commercial law firm, with strong academics, excellent business development skills and an outgoing, enthusiastic personality. The role will involve litigation, e.g. Employment Tribunal and High Court, and investigations work, that would involve supporting the firm’s white collar crime team with the HR aspects of regulatory investigations. An interest in non-contentious work such as M&A and outsourcing would also be beneficial.
