ROLE 

As a Managing Associate in Infrastructure Projects and Energy, you will: 

• Lead on complex and high-profile projects across the infrastructure and energy sectors. 
• Advise clients on procurement, regulatory compliance and financing for major infrastructure and energy initiatives. 
• Negotiate and draft key project agreements including PPP and PFI contracts, energy supply arrangements and joint ventures. 
• Build strong relationships with a diverse client base, from government bodies to private sector developers. 
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the team’s business development and strategic goals. 

REQUIREMENTS 

To excel in this role, you will need: 

• 4-8 years of PQE in Infrastructure, Projects or Energy law, ideally from a leading law firm. 
• A strong track record of managing complex projects, with expertise in PPPs, project finance or renewable energy. 
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation and analytical skills. 
• The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with leadership potential.
