ROLE
As a Managing Associate in the Infrastructure Projects and Energy team, you will:
- Lead complex and high-value infrastructure and energy projects across diverse sectors.
- Advise on procurement strategies, regulatory compliance and project financing.
- Negotiate and draft intricate project agreements including PPPs, PFI contracts and energy supply arrangements.
- Build and manage strong relationships with a wide range of clients including government bodies, private developers and multinational corporations.
- Contribute to the team’s business development and thought leadership initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior associates, fostering their growth and development.
REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of PQE in Infrastructure, Projects or Energy law, gained at a top-tier law firm.
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
