ROLE 

As a Managing Associate in the Infrastructure Projects and Energy team, you will: 

• Lead complex and high-value infrastructure and energy projects across diverse sectors. 
• Advise on procurement strategies, regulatory compliance and project financing. 
• Negotiate and draft intricate project agreements including PPPs, PFI contracts and energy supply arrangements. 
• Build and manage strong relationships with a wide range of clients including government bodies, private developers and multinational corporations. 
• Contribute to the team’s business development and thought leadership initiatives. 
• Mentor and guide junior associates, fostering their growth and development. 

REQUIREMENTS 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

• A minimum of 5 years of PQE in Infrastructure, Projects or Energy law, gained at a top-tier law firm. 
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or energy projects. 
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills. 
• A commercial mindset with the ability to provide innovative solutions to clients. 
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
