ROLE

• Handle a broad spectrum of corporate work, from group reorganisations and shareholder agreements to M&A, private equity and management incentivisation.
• Take on technically challenging projects for high-calibre clients, delivering innovative and strategic solutions.
• Play a key role in drafting shareholder agreements, advising on corporate governance and consulting on capital formation and distribution.
• Lead and mentor junior lawyers, fostering their development and ensuring excellence across the team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified in England with 10+ years PQE.
• A highly ambitious individual with extensive experience in corporate law and a deep understanding of corporate transactions.
• Strong commercial awareness and expertise in company law.
• Proven ability in business development and the leadership skills needed to manage and inspire junior team members.
• Capable of overseeing work with precision and efficiency, ensuring deadlines and high standards are met.
