QC Legal is seeking an accomplished Project Finance lawyer to take on a career-defining role with a leading international law firm. With 7+ years PQE, you’ll be at the forefront of high-stakes energy and infrastructure finance deals, driving innovation and sustainability in some of the most complex projects in the UK and globally.

ROLE

• Take on a wide variety of high-value project and finance work including the development and financing of new energy and infrastructure projects, as well as refinancings and M&A related to these projects.
• Get involved in energy efficiency and low-carbon advisory mandates, contributing to the future of sustainable development.
• Act for a prestigious roster of clients including UK and international banks, renewable energy developers, oil and gas companies, infrastructure funds, private equity firms and utilities.
• This is a transactional role offering significant client contact and the opportunity to specialise in a strategic and evolving sector.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with 7+ years PQE.
• Extensive experience in energy and infrastructure finance.
• Commercially savvy with excellent technical knowledge.
• Able to manage a diverse caseload and engage effectively with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
• Well-organised with strong project management skills to handle complex, high-stakes transactions.
