POSITION: Property Energy Solicitor (1-3 PQE)

QC Legal are excited to have partnered with a top tier multinational law firm to offer qualified lawyers with 1-3 years PQE who have experience in the property aspects of energy projects. You will be joining a top flying team to deliver excellent results for the firm with a reputation for success.
Our client boasts one of the largest groups of property lawyers in the UK who are dedicated to supporting the Energy Sector, including many renowned experts. Clients praise them for their sector knowledge, commercial approach, providing clear, relevant and timely advice.
ROLE
- You will be involved in work on wind (on and offshore), solar, hydrogen, carbon capture, battery storage and nuclear transactions.
- Acting for a mix of clients, including public authorities, developers, investors, funders and utility companies.
- Deal with a range of high-profile clients on large and nationally significant energy and infrastructure transactions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be qualified in Scotland.
- 1-3 years PQE
- You will have experience in property work on energy projects with a large regional or national practice.
- Have a strong academic background and an outgoing personality.
- Must be technically excellent.
- A team player with a strong client focused approach.
