ROLE 

As a Real Estate Associate, you’ll work on high-quality commercial property matters while contributing to a thriving team. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Handling transactional work including acquisitions, disposals and refinancing of freehold and leasehold properties. 
• Acting for high street lenders including preparing and signing lender Certificates of Title. 
• Advising clients on title matters including review and reporting. 
• Providing commercial property support to other departments such as Corporate and Restructuring. 
• Developing strong relationships with a diverse client base including national retailers, property developers and investors. 
• Supporting senior colleagues on larger projects and mentoring junior team members. 

REQUIREMENTS 

We are looking for a dynamic and talented Real Estate Associate who meets the following criteria: 

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–6 years PQE in commercial property law. 
• Proven expertise in transactional real estate matters. 
• Excellent communication and client management skills. 
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities. 
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 
• A team player with the ability to work independently when needed. 
• Enthusiasm for business development and networking activities to grow the firm’s client base.
