ROLE

• Provide expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct due diligence investigations for real estate transactions and prepare comprehensive reports for clients.
• Stay updated on relevant property laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all legal matters and advising clients accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, actively communicating to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities, contributing to your own growth and the broader team’s expertise.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years of experience in real estate law.
• In-depth knowledge of property law and real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A proactive and client-focused approach to legal practice.
