ROLE

• Advise on a variety of real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, development projects and asset management.
• Handle multi-million-pound deals for some of the UK’s largest investors.
• Liaise with clients directly, build strong relationships and deliver practical, commercial legal advice.
• Collaborate with an elite team, gain exposure to complex, high-value projects.
• Contribute to business development efforts and participate in networking activities to grow the firm’s presence in the market.

REQUIREMENTS

• England & Wales qualified lawyer.
• 3-12 years PQE in real estate law, with a strong background in commercial property transactions.
• Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to develop and nurture relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• A proactive and motivated approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
