POSITION: Transactional Construction Projects Lawyer (2-7 years PQE)

QC Legal are on the lookout for talented Associates/Senior Associates to join our client in their market leading Transactional Construction & Engineering Team in Manchester.
This prestigious role provides the chance to collaborate with a Tier 2 ranked firm who have a long-established team of specialist lawyers that have enviable experience in delivering transactional advice on the construction of major projects across the real estate, energy and infrastructure sectors. The Manchester team alone is one of the largest in the UK but also works within and is supported by the largest team of transactional construction lawyers in the world.
ROLE
- You will be working on many of the UKs largest projects and your client roster will consist of leading owner/operators, developers, contractors, governments, funders, investors and consultants.
- Developing ongoing relationships with an existing client base as well as pitching for new opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ambitious lawyers qualified in England and Wales.
- 2-7 years PQE.
- Ideally gained experience in a large commercial firm and have completed work in construction, projects or similar.
- Have a strong academic background.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Be inquisitive and eager to learn and develop their knowledge and skills.
- Be well-organised and have good project management skills.
