QC Legal have been appointed on an exciting opportunity to recruit for experienced Transactional Projects & Construction lawyers with 4-12 years PQE, to join our client’s expanding Transactional Projects & Construction Team across their Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham offices.
We are looking to recruit into a variety of new roles and have opportunities across all UK regions for quality lawyers boasting strong construction experience.
ROLE
- You will be involved in the very best national and international construction and projects work.
- You will be expected to act for funders, project companies, contractors, consultants, insurers, employers and funders.
- Build and create close working relationships as part of an international team.
REQUIREMENTS
- English qualified lawyer.
- Ideally you will be well versed in infrastructure, energy and real estate-related transactional (non-contentious) construction work.
- Have the ability to manage a varied caseload with a range of clients.
- Effectively build and maintain client relationships through communication and management of client expectations.
- Be commercially aware with an ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex issues.
