We’re searching for a motivated and ambitious Corporate Lawyer to join an award-winning corporate team in Newcastle. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate work in a dynamic firm, working at the very top end of their game.

You will gain exposure to a rich variety of corporate work, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity, partnership matters and shareholder agreements. You will work on complex transactions for the firm’s high calibre client base. You will be an integral part of an extremely supportive and cohesive team, where each person counts.

To succeed in this role you will be highly tenacious with an enthusiasm for personal and business development. You will show a readiness to partake in high quality work from the outset and develop close client relationships. You will demonstrate an excellent academic background in addition to corporate experience at a leading firm.
