The Pensions market is divided amongst the ‘big’ and the ‘boutique’; our client’s strategy firmly sits in the former. Flexible working is a given.


So what is our client actually looking for? They will consider NQ’s to 4PQE, so experience of working in a Pensions seat in a must, and you must have dealt with group pensions, master trusts, insurance products (including buy-in and buy-out arrangements) or longevity products in an advisory capacity. Whilst the focus is mainly non-contentious, you will have ample opportunity to work on contentious matters vis-à-vis the London office. Additionally, the range of work will incorporate a strong cross-section between employer/trustee matters. Having placed a number of solicitors into the firm, we are now ideally placed to help build the team with a junior to mid-level hire. We are all about teamwork and collaboration.
