THE ROLE 

As a Projects Senior Associate for this firm you will be an integral part of market leading Projects team that is highly regarded as one of the UK’s leading national practices. Boasting a stellar portfolio of clients including multinational, Global 1000, and Fortune 500 enterprises you will undertake a broad diet of work, that will include, but not be limited to;

  • Advising private and public sector clients, funders and consortia on UK Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), across sectors. As well as advising on the procurement and negotiation of projects up to financial close, our work frequently sees us providing advice and support to our clients post-close, during the construction and operational phases
  • Advice in the Health, Education and Transport sectors, in particular
  • Public Procurement (domestic and international)
  • International Infrastructure Projects, including regulatory drafting and PPP toolkits

THE CANDIDATE 

The successful candidate will be an ambitious and Commercially astute qualified lawyer with between 7 to 9 years’ PQE. You will possess the ability to lead and project manage a number of high profile cases independently and/or co-operatively whilst remaining calm when under pressure aswell as being able to provide a professional, quality service in a timely manner, responding effectively to requests from internal and external clients. Excellent skills in communication, client relations, time management and team-working are essential.
