Due to continuous success, our client, a multinational law firm headquartered in the heart of Manchester is currently seeking x2 Senior Paralegals to join their market leading Occupational Health team. From the moment you join this firm you will become am integral part of a truly exceptional team that is comprised of some of the industry’s most experienced and highly regarded Occupational health practitioners in the industry. You will undertake a mixture of EL and PL litigated cases including but not limited to;

To action all cases in line with department/clientservice standards and protocols;
To ensure that financial targets are met;
Use of the Case Management system and use of standard documentation wherever appropriate;
To ensure client care in all cases;
Progress cases to a satisfactory/speedy settlement in accordance with client requirements;
Record all time accurately
Partake in any other duties that are deemed necessary to support the DWF business as and when required
To follow all the Firm’s policies and procedure
To ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times

The successful candidates will be ambitious and pro-active Senior Paralegal who can demonstrate experience in EL & PL work – preferably in a defendant firm. Ideally the firm is seeking applications from Paralegals with at least one year’s experience assisting on larger cases and handling a caseload of smaller litigated files themselves. You will possess strong academics at degree level or above and strong communication skills.
