Job Spotlight: Corporate PSL, 7+, London
In this section we will give you a closer look at one of our top job vacancies, and a little bit about how we can help guide you through the process of making it yours.
Our client is one of the UK’s top 100 law firms, and boasts one of the leading Corporate teams in central London. Corporate work makes up almost half of the entire firm’s caseload, advising not only a solid UK client-base, but providing an innovative service to clients across the globe from their London headquarters. The team’s success has been recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, with both publications giving them top-tier ranking.
Due to client demand, the firm are currently looking to recruit a motivated, polished and technically excellent Professional Support Lawyer with a minimum of seven years PQE, ideally gained at another well-developed private practice Corporate team. You will have exceptional academics and drafting skills, with incredible attention to detail and pride in your work. You will develop standard form documents and precedents, manage the corporate department training schedule, and collect, direct and filter information for Partners to provide a cost effective service, giving sound and timely legal advice to clients.
Prior experience as a Corporate PSL would be beneficial, but the client will consider candidates currently undertaking corporate transactional work that have an aptitude for precedents and an eye for detail. The role is for 4-5 days a week.
In return, the firm can offer the successful candidate a competitive London salary, as well as a new business bonus, fee earner bonus, private medical, pension and life insurance, and a whole host of other benefits. The firm is known for its friendly, collegiate and honest culture and boasts a fantastic lawyer retention rate.
