POSITION: Planning Associate (4-8 PQE)

QC Legal have multiple Associate vacancies with a top tier multinational law firm. We are currently looking to recruit consenting lawyers to join our client’s market leading Planning & Environment, Energy & Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have between 4-8 years PQE experience with a focus on all or any of the Planning Act 2008, the Transport and Works Act 1992, the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, compulsory acquisition/purchase and compensation matters, EIA/HRA, inquiries/examinations and judicial review.
ROLE
- You will work predominantly with our client’s Energy & Infrastructure consenting team.
- Have the opportunity to work on a wide range of major projects across the Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years PQE.
- England & Wales qualified lawyer.
- Experience in property work on energy and infrastructure projects.
- Must be technically excellent.
- A team player with a strong client focused approach.
- Must have a keen interest in business development.
