POSITION: Planning Associate (4-8 PQE)

QC Legal is excited to be recruiting for multiple Associate vacancies with a top-tier multinational law firm. We are seeking talented consenting lawyers to join our client’s market-leading Planning & Environment, Energy & Infrastructure team. If you have 4-8 years PQE and specialise in major consenting frameworks such as the Planning Act 2008, Transport and Works Act 1992, or Town and Country Planning Act 1990, along with experience in compulsory acquisition, EIA/HRA and judicial review, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

ROLE

• Work closely with the firm’s Energy & Infrastructure Consenting Team focusing on major, high-profile projects.
• Get hands-on experience with complex energy, infrastructure and real estate projects that shape the future of these industries.
• Collaborate on nationally significant projects that will advance your legal expertise and impact major infrastructure developments.
• Become a key player in a supportive and collaborative team that thrives on delivering excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years PQE as a qualified lawyer in England & Wales.
• Experience working on energy and infrastructure projects, with a strong foundation in property law.
• Technically outstanding with a passion for the intricate details of planning and consenting law.
• A team player who takes pride in providing client-focused legal solutions.
• Enthusiastic about business development and creating lasting client relationships.
