POSITION: Solicitor (3-5 PQE)

We are working together with a leading UK law firm in their search for an exceptional Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team in Manchester. Our client acts on a range of mid-market M&A transactions and private equity investments in addition to restructurings and reorganisations.

ROLE

• Provide comprehensive support and guidance to corporate clients on the full range of M&A, private equity, venture capital and other transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate on a wide range of corporate documents including shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, loan agreements, and share purchase agreements.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored legal solutions to meet their needs.
• You will work also closely with the Corporate Partners who will be keen to support your career progression and further advance your skills on more complex matters.

REQUIREMENTS

• You must be a qualified lawyer in England & Wales.
• 3-5 years PQE.
• Demonstrate technical experience gained within a reputable corporate team.
• A driven individual with a flair for transactions, equipped with a pragmatic mindset and adept at fostering meaningful client relationships.
• Be willing to engage in business development and networking activities.
