POSITION: Legal Director (7+ PQE)

QC Legal are seeking a highly motivated and talented Legal Director to support their client’s corporate team based in Manchester. We are keen to speak with experienced legal directors for this exciting role. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and representation on a wide range of corporate law matters. Your role will involve advising on all aspects of corporate law, such as private M&A, private equity, venture capital and transactional work.

ROLE

• Represent clients in corporate transactions and negotiations.
• You will have demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions and be responsible for a varied caseload.
• Be proficient in handling private equity transactions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support transaction strategies.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external experts to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Stay current with developments in corporate law and advise clients on potential impacts.

REQUIREMENTS

• English qualified lawyer.
• A background in Corporate law gained from a large regional, national or international law firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A track record of managing M&A and PE deals.
• Proven leadership skills.
• An interest in business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
