We are working with a leading international firm who offer a platform to build a top flight career in the Energy and Projects sector. The firm have an unmatched reputation for success in dealing with multinational corporations, government entities, and local businesses. They are currently seeking an experienced Energy and Projects Lawyer to join their growing team in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in the energy and construction sectors and be capable of handling complex legal matters related to energy and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction and infrastructure projects, major procurements and/or PPPs. Additionally, they will have experience in drafting and reviewing EPC, construct only and design and construct contracts.  You will be conducting due diligence on projects, including environmental and regulatory compliance issues and advising clients on legal and regulatory issues related to energy and construction projects.

We’re seeking an Energy and Projects lawyer with 3-6 years’ PQE at a top international firm and boasts strong academic achievements. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. You will work independently and as part of a fast-paced Energy and Projects team. You will be commercially aware with an enthusiasm for business development.
