Are you a Commercial Lawyer in Manchester interested in joining a first-rate leading independent boutique commercial law firm? ROLE

• You will be involved in advising on all commercial agreements, including in relation to manufacturing, supply and procurement of goods and services, distribution (whether through agents, distributors or resellers), outsourcing, and joint ventures.
• You will also play a key role within a growing team, working alongside other members of the team to promote growth and build longstanding relationships with an inviable roster of clients.
• Supervise and support the development of junior lawyers.

REQUIREMENTS

• English qualified lawyer.
• 9+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Have extensive knowledge and experience of handling commercial/contractual queries.
• Have strong people management skills.
• Demonstrate a high level of commerciality and motivated to drive growth.
• Enthusiasm for business development and continued professional development.
