ROLE 

• Manage a broad and diverse caseload of wills, trusts and probate matters. 
• Provide expert advice on estate planning, wealth protection and inheritance tax issues. 
• Draft wills, create trusts and handle complex probate applications. 
• Work closely with clients to guide them through sensitive and often emotional legal processes. 
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients by delivering a tailored, professional service. 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive legal solutions. 
• Stay up-to-date with changes in inheritance law and regulations to offer the best advice possible. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• 5+ years PQE in Private Client law, specialising in wills, trusts and probate. 
• A strong understanding of UK inheritance law, estate administration and tax planning. 
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to client care. 
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. 
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• STEP membership or a willingness to work towards it.
