ROLE
- Engage with high-profile clients including NHS bodies, Integrated Care Boards, NHS Trusts, primary care provider and private healthcare companies.
- Take responsibility for a variety of healthcare property matters, providing strategic and practical advice.
- Support NHS organisations and private health clients with legal guidance across a spectrum of property issues.
- Handle complex transactions and advisory work including acquisitions, leasing and property development.
- Be part of a supportive, expert team committed to your professional growth and collaborative success.
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified solicitor status with strong experience in commercial property law, ideally within healthcare.
- Expertise in landlord and tenant law, with a proven track record of managing complex cases.
- Corporate support experience desirable.
- Strong communication, organisational and research skills with attention to detail.
- The ability to manage high-volume caseloads and meet demanding deadlines.
- A proactive approach to business development and networking.
- Flexibility, adaptability and an interest in learning new areas within property law.
